1). Which cable should I order for my camera?

 

The data cables of Solmeta Geotagger N1/N2/Pro are detachable, we provide three types of cables for different Nikon DSLR. 

CA-A: For Nikon D3-series, D700, D300-series, D2X, D2XS, D2HS, D200  

CA-B: For Nikon D90

CA-C: For Nikon D5000, D7000, D3100, D5100

The data cable of Solmeta Geotagger N3 is fixed, we provide three models N3 for different Nikon DSLR. 

Geotagger N3-A: For Nikon D3-series, D700, D300-series, D2X, D2XS, D2HS, D200

Geotagger N3-B: For Nikon D90

Geotagger N3-C For Nikon D5000, D7000, D3100, D5100

 

2). How long can I expect to receive the package after placing order?

 

We collect orders in the morning. Usually packages will be sent out in next working day after payment received. Our office is closed on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

We will update tracking number in our website after it\'s generated from our logistical company. You can get the tracking number two days after you place the order,

For fast shipping way, packages will be sent via DHL,UPS or EMS, which takes 4-5 working days to deliver. For ordinary shipping way, packages will be sent via Hongkong Post, which takes 20-25 working days to deliver.

 

3). Where can I buy Solmeta Geotagger?

 

You can place the order form our website directly. We accept Paypay payment and wire transfer. We also sell our products on eBay.com. Besides, Solmeta has distributers in Germany(www.gps-camera.eu) and USA(www.photoproshop.com).

 

4). What is the warranty of Solmeta Geotagger after purchase?

 

Solmeta Technology Co.,Limited guarantees its product from manufacturing defects and workmanship for a period of two-year from the date of original purchase. During the two-year warranty, Solmeta Technology will repair or replace the product free of charge.

Customers are responsible for shipping and insurance charges for returning the product.

The guarantee is invalid if defect is caused by incorrect use, poor maintenance or if persons not authorized by Solmeta Technology have carried out alterations or repairs.

Charges will be imposed for repairing product, which is out of warranty coverage or invalid warranty.
